Please note that when you sign up to Football Mundial you get all this:

• All our venues are F.A. affiliated – Football Mundial pay your affiliation fee on your behalf!
• Every venue is provided with top quality footballs & bibs!
• League tables, fixtures, results updated weekly on our website
• All our referees and officials are fully qualified and registered with the F.A.
• Top quality 3G & Astroturf pitches at all our venues

SPACES IN THE LEAGUES ARE LIMITED, SO PLEASE DON’T DELAY.

*OPT IN: Please note that by submitting this form and ticking the League Services Agreement box that you are allowing for us to send you fixtures, results and information that relates to your league. If a team wishes to change team manager a new form must be submitted by the new manager, otherwise the current manager will still be in charge of the team & liable for any monies owed to Football Mundial.

You are also agreeing to your teams individual player images being utilised in any media that we may produce for our website and/or social media channels.*
