Only Maximum Points Will Do Tonight!

We have one match scheduled for tonight in our Harrogate FLeXI 11-a-side league, but what a match it could turn out to be!

Kicking off at 7pm, Burton Leonard FC take on Clifford Veterans FC in a game that neither side will want to draw or lose – only maximum points will be good enough for both teams!

Should Leonard come up trumps, then it will move them two points behind the leading pair of Rodallega Bombs and The Railway Children. This could be even more crucial as Leonard will have played three more games than the top two and won’t want to lose anymore ground if they are to challenge!

On the other hand, a win for Clifford could see them leapfrog two teams, including Leonard, into third place and maybe we might be seeing a new side throw their hat into contention for the title?
