Monday League Review.

Harrogate High School League

There were two Premier League games that took place on Monday evening with Prospect Health claiming top spot after a good 6-0 win over AK Developments.

Class on Grass FC jumped into second place with a 3-0 victory over FC Hun Team, so could these be the teams to watch, keep reading these reviews to find out!

Championship action saw Bilt-on Dreams FC and Krul Runnings each record 4-0 opening evening victories over BTEC FC and Bon Voyage respectively.

Royal Mail also delivered (sorry) a victory when they beat Boca Seniors 3-2 in a very close match.

There was also cup action played out when last season’s champions Mean Machine swept past the challenge of Polish Eagles 5-2.

Farnborough League

Talk about tight at the top! Four teams are all level on points with goal difference separating them, but this could change in the blink of the eye.

The last round of results saw current leaders Rushmoor Sixes beat Crystal Meth Palace 5-2 whilst second placed Real Sosobad enjoyed a 6-2 win over the Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Failing Tube Men.

LSD Eindhoven missed out on the chance to jump to the summit when they were beaten 3-0 by Skunkworks FC. The win has elevated the Skunks into the top four and added to the teams vying for the title.

Pinewood Elite find themselves just one point behind the leaders after they beat AL-FA 6 2-1, however as they have played one game more than the top four, time may not be on their side!

FTC Reunited had the best win of the week when they thrashed I’m Lovren It 8-0. Veterans for FC also had a good win as they beat At Least We Turned Up 6-0.

Thirsk League

Leave Myarselona maintained their two point gap at the top of the Thirsk league with a 2-0 win over Ivory Toast, but The Boozers are in close proximity after a good 4-1 win of Northern Allstars.

Keeping in touching distances of the leaders is Real Fernebache who easily beat Rodallega Bombs 5-2.

Black Swan picked up their fourth win of the season when they beat Hardly Athletic 2-0. It’s not been a good start for the newcomers of Athletic as they have failed to register a single point as yet, although there is plenty of football to be played.

Fellow newbies Beavers fared much better when they beat Recently United 5-1. The win daw Beavers leapfrog United into 7th place.

The final match saw Whitestonecliffe Wanderers planted firmly at the bottom losing their seventh game on the trot, this time 3-0 to Tekkerslovakia.

Salisbury League

Its Braziliant who lead the top of the Salisbury Premier League following their impressive 6-3 win over bottom placed Cheeky Nandos FC. Braziliant lead second placed Villagers by three points, but with two games played more, the title is still wide open.

Jumping into third place is Team FR who beat Yardians 3-2. Team FR are now equal on points with Villagers but have also played a game more.

The final game played saw Giroud Let The Dogs Out pick up all the points against Beer O’Clock with a 5-2 win. The points see the two teams swap position in the league with Giroud now in 4th place.

The Championship saw wins for top placed Phantom of the Chopra, as they beat Mirror Signal Malouda 6-3.

The Docking Dackys kept hold of second place with an excellent 5-0 win over Akinfenwa Academy.

FC Salisbury beat Paris Ganja Man 2-1 to reduce the gap on Paris to just a single point.

Hull League

Real Sosobad managed to retain top spot of the Hull league despite a 3-0 defeat at the hands (or feet) of Real Neverlusen.

Swanfield also couldn’t make their game count neither and in the end Crewe Alexandra ran out 3-0 winners. Crewe also had a 5-0 win over Brighton & Joe Hove Albion in their second game of the night.

Things unfortunately didn’t get any better for Albion as they lost 4-0 Inglemire Athletic in their second game. The win saw Inglemire into 5th place.

Chamakh Attack climbed into mid-table with an excellent 7-2 win over 4th placed Central Colts.

The final match saw Chicken Fried Rice run out 8-1 winners over Tungsten Town. The win saw Rice keep their eight point gap over Chamakh intact.

Exeter League

It looks like it could well be Huge Tackle who will walk away with the Exeter Premier League Crown as they celebrated a 8-0 win over Moves Like Agger to keep their nine point lead at the top intact.

Second placed De Jong Mustard managed to win, but over just, as a solitary goal saw them pick up the points against Baines On Toast.

Allsorts remained in third place, ten points behind with a 1-1 draw against Shocking Six whilst Beacon Heath secured their fifth win of the season with a 2-0 win over second from bottom Rosebank Rattlesnakes.

The Championship saw Balls Deep keep up their unbeaten run as they won 2-1 over Gumbo FC.

Broadoak kept the pressure on the leaders however with a 2-1 win of their own over Tekkerslovakia.

The third 2-1 win of the evening saw Idiots United prove to be no fools as they beat The Bowling Green to register their first points of the season.

Exeter Dance Academy drew 1-1 with bottom placed Exeter Gently in the final match of the evening.

Keynsham League

The Army stand proudly to attention at the top of the Keynsham League following their 2-0 win over KFC. The win sees them with three from three, not a bad start!

Close behind them, Stannis Baratheon dropped two points after a 0-0 draw with Chopper Squad.

Those cheeky boys from Puyol Pants Down scored the only goal of the game in a close 1-0 win over Steau Needarest, whilst the final game of the Premier League saw Inter My Nan hand a 5-0 thrashing to Norfolk ‘n’ Chance.

Any of the eight teams in the Championship could still take top spot as there is just four points separating all the teams.

At the top, for now, is Kick & Rush who could only play out a 0-0 draw with PPD. Wellsway Ultras took full advantage of this slip with a 7-1 thumping of 6th placed The Stars.

Old Boys couldn’t take advantage of Kick’s misfortune as they could only draw 0-0 against AFC Hungry Legs. Although with only two games played, the advantage is with the Old Boys at the moment.

The final game played saw Very Messi move of the bottom of the league and straight into mid-table with a 3-0 win over Two Left Feet.

York Huntington

Blenk Engineering pulled out a lovely 7-2 win to beat bottom of the league Borussia Teeth. Behind them is York Hospital who limped to a 1-0 win over Rehab Zaragoza, however a win is a win and it keeps the Hospital just four points behind Engineering.

The Juggies and Rangers played out a 3-3 draw against each other in a clash that does neither team any favours.

The final match in the Premier League saw Clive Owen & Co outwit The Fox to come away with all the points and a 4-1 win.

Championship action saw JCT 600 keep in top place, although they have goal difference to thank for that. JCT enjoyed a good 2-0 win over Jam Factory FC whilst Teamwork, who are in second, had a better 5-2 win over Real Ale Madrid.

Meatball United had the best win of the night when they overcame the challenge of Moss Tyres United 5-1.

The last match played saw Huntington Forest give Boca Seniors a lesson as they ran out 4-0 winners.

It is Inter Yer Mam who led the way in League 1 with a two point lead over United FC. Inter overcame the stubborn challenge of Rodallega Bombs 2-1.

Second placed United FC had an even closer match then the leaders, but in the end they scored the only goal to beat Mitrefinch 1-0.

Minster Alarms FC found the going against JG Trade FC a little easier, racking up a 3-0 win to jump into 4th place.

The final match saw a point awarded apiece to Barcamoaners and Mikes Monsters who drew 1-1.

Colchester League

Chameleon showed their true colours on Monday to lead the pack coming into the closing weeks of the Colchester league. A solid 6-1 win over Irons made sure that they looked down on all at the end of the night, although only by a single point!

Right on their heels are the Jackson 6 who slammed in 9 with only 3 for reply against Range Rovers and with the fact that Jackson have played two games less – it’s certainly still all to play for!

Keep it Curly will also have a big part to play in seeing where the trophy goes, not only are they a point behind the leaders as well and with more games on hand but they also had a good 3-0 win against The Crazy Gang.

Fellas on Toure and Brooklands swapped places at the bottom of the league when Fellas came out 2-1 winners.

Championship action saw leaders Six of the best score a 4-0 win over mid-table Sporting Hardons to maintain their nine point lead over Wright Athletic who hammered bottom of the league Culchies 6-1.

Things got slightly better for Sporting Hardons as their second match of the evening saw them beat Wash ya Noughtmund 2-0.
Leavemyarselona climbed into 3rd place with a 5-2 win over Elite Nutters.

League 1 leaders Superslag United suffered a shock 1-0 defeat against third from bottom Crystal Phallus and 2nd placed Sporting 66 took full advantage beating Real Mad Yid 3-0 and The Bizz 2-1.

The Bizz did manage to get some revenge however as their second match saw them victories over Dave 1-0.

Bottom placed Could Get Messi couldn’t close the gap on the hapless Dave as they could only stump up a 1-1 draw against Colchester Vineyard.

It was Bumfica who maintained their unbeaten streak in League 2, this time with a 3-1 win over Norfolk n Chance.

Second placed Dennis St Petersberg could have really done with a win to keep the pressure on, but they had to be satisfied with a 2-2 draw against Real Ale Madrid.

Bricklayers FC found Shadwell AFC too hot to handle and subsequently lost 4-2 whilst bottom of the league Law Abiding Sigurdssons lost 3-0 at the hands of 3rd placed Best Kept Secret.

League 3 saw Borussia Shenmineng show no mercy to Pork Vale as they crushed them 5-2 to remain at the top of the league.

Haven’t got a Kalou lived up to their name as they were handed out a royal 6-1 whipping by Colchester OG who jumped into 3rd place.

AFC Exeter Gently could slow down the ascent of 2nd placed Salford FC who grabbed a 4-1 win to leave themselves 2 points behind Borussia.

The final match saw Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels easily beat Ballers 4-0.
