York Huntington Champions Decided!

The York Huntington Monday Night League concluded its latest season this week and we have to say congratulations to:

Premier League winners – Blenk Engineering

Championship winners – Meatball Utd

League 1 winners – United FC

In the Premier League, Blenk Engineering took the title by a single point over runners up Rangers, whilst Meetball Utd had a slightly easier time of it in the Championship, as they captured the title by four clear points.

The battle for League 1 proved to be even more dramatic than either the other two as this one went right down to goal difference. In the end, United FC overcame the challenge of Inter Yer Mam by ten goals to be crowned champions!

All that is left now is the matter of the Cup Finals! This takes place next Monday and should prove to be just as exciting as the league campaign.

The new season is just round the corner and new applications for this league are now being accepted. All you have to do is complete our online application form and press submit. League Organiser Jon Sykes will do the rest and for just £28.00 weekly match fees, even the price can’t be beaten.
