Ilkley Town Veterans Leading The Way.

Ten of our sixteen Veterans teams are in action on Sunday as out Harrogate & District Veterans 11-a-side league enters its ninth week!

In such a short space of time, we have seen this league become one of the most popular ones in our extensive list of competitions that we run. As such, we are looking to add a new division next year and invitations for places are now being accepted (see below for details).

At the moment, it’s Ilkley Town Vets who are sitting proudly on top of the league with a 100% win record of six from six, however matching them in the unbeaten stakes (although with one less game played) are Harrogate Veterans FC.

With neither the top two playing this weekend, it gives third placed Killinghall Veterans the chance to close the leaders down as they play Thirsk Veterans.

Should you wish to see these teams in action, the majority of the games are played at The CNG Stadium (although teams are given the option to be able to play on their home ground if they wish to) and the timetable starts at 2pm.

The price to enter this league is just £130.00. We provide FA qualified referees, top quality Mitre match balls and bibs and the chance to play on a state-of-the-art 3G pitch.
