Braintree Getting Ready For Cup Finals.

Monday evening sees the Cup Finals being played at our Braintree (Phoenix Hockey Club) League.

The qualifiers start at 7pm and see Hardly Athletic take on West Harambe, whilst Maradona Kebabs play 2Girls1Schlurp. There will then be the first semi-final between the two victorious teams at 7:50pm.

Following that, the second round of qualifiers start at 8:15pm when Bocking Hotspur play Galacticos and Black Roosters take to the pitch to play Unathletico Madrid. The second semi-final then commences at 9:05pm.

At 9:30, the final takes place and looking at the standard of teams playing, it’s going to be a corker! So, keep your eyes peeled next week to see which one of the eight teams will emerge as Cup Winners.

The new season starts a week later on the 19th and we are now inviting now applications from teams wishing to join in. Braintree (Phoenix Hockey Club) is a superb venue to play 6-a-side football at, with multiple pitches and ample on-site parking. Matches are played between 7-10pm and we provide FA qualified referees and top quality Mitre match balls and bibs.
