It’s Time For The Ladies To Take Centre Stage!

With the success that the England Lionesses achieved at the Womens World Cup recently, it has sparked (quite rightly) a huge amount of interest in women’s football around England.

Even at our level, we have seen a substantial amount of requests from ladies wanting to take part in 5/6/7-a-side football, so ….

We are very pleased and proud to announce that on Friday night at the CNG Stadium, home of Harrogate Town AFC, we have set up “Ladies Friday Night 6-a-side.”

Between 6-8pm on their state of the art 3G Astroturf Pitch, we are running a brand new Ladies league. Matches last 30 minutes and as with all our competitions, we will be providing FA qualified referees and top quality Mitre match balls and bibs – everything that is needed to play the game.

As an extra incentive as well, any team that signs up to this league will receive a brand new set of shirts absolutely free!

If that wasn’t enough Harrogate Town AFC will also be opening its popular 1919 bar during the evening and every Player of the Match (as chosen by the referee) will receive a free drink at the bar!

There are no joining fees, no subscription costs and no registration monies required, all you pay is just £30.00 per team, per week to take part in some great 6-a-side games.
