Real Legit Leading Welwyn League … For Now!

It’s a real race for the title in our Thursday night 5-a-side league at Welwyn, and it’s very difficult to call who may be the team that takes the trophy home with them!

At the moment it’s Real Legit who sit in top spot, but with just four points separating them and the chasing pack of Malky Boys and SFO Old Boys and the fact that the leaders have played more games than the others, things could change pretty rapidly!

It seems to be a little more settled in the Championship, with Pricey FC holding a seven point lead over both Welwyn Dowd and Zanzibarbarians. However, just like the Premier League, the leaders have played more games than the others, so things could still get interesting.

Games take place at Gosling Sports Park, located at Welwyn Garden City on their 3G Synthetic Grass pitches between 7-10pm. The venue also contains changing rooms with shows and has ample onsite car parking available.

The price is just £30.00 per team per week. There are no joining or registration fees and no hidden extras. We also provide FA qualified referees and top quality Mitre matchballs and bibs – all you need.
