Wetherby Athletic Move Up In Vets League.

A 2-1 win away to Thirsk Veterans FC saw Wetherby Athletic Veterans jump into fourth place in our Sunday Harrogate & District Vets 11 a side League. However, they still have some distance to cover if they want to catch leaders Ilkley Town Veterans who lead with a perfect record so far.

We are looking to expand this competition in March of this year and are accepting applications from new teams. At present, we have 15 teams all enjoying 80 minute matches either at the superb venue of the CNG Stadium in Harrogate on their state-of-the-art 3G pitch or on their own home pitch. As with all our leagues, we supply FA qualified referees and top quality Mitre match balls and bibs.
