The Cups Are Heating Up In Our Harrogate Veterans League.

We have really been taken by the depth of skill and commitment shown in our Sunday Harrogate & District Veterans 11-a-side league. We witnessed an amazing Premier League season played out and ultimately won by an unbeaten Harrogate Veterans FC side!

With the first round of the Charity cup also completed, we have watched as 16 teams have been whittled down to 8, and this weekend promises to bring even more great action as the quarter finals are played. Our hot tip in the office has to be Harrogate, who are taking on York Corinthians (please note that this match is actually being played on the 10th March at 8pm) but we also like the look of Ilkley Town Vets, who play Boroughbridge FC Veterans.

We are also pleased to announce a Knock-Out Cup as well that pits the eight teams who departed the Charity Cup at the first hurdle. Looking through the fixtures, we think Wetherby Athletic Veterans and Aberford could be the sides to watch.
