Tension And Drama Unfolding At The CNG Stadium!

You can feel the passion and the tension in equal measures in our Sunday night Harrogate league and it’s not hard to understand why!

With Harrogate United just edging out Game of Throw ins by goal difference at the top of the league (although the 2-1 defeat to Throw ins last weekend must smart for United!) it means that third placed The Upper 90 are the only team that, realistically, are in with a chance of stopping them from getting their hands on the title!

However, for this to happen, 90 have to beat Real Ale Madrid and United have to lose against The Castle Crooks. Added into this equation is the fact that 90 have to score six five more goals then United do to win on goal difference! Nothing major then?

Whatever happens, it’s been another hugely enjoyable and skillful league and we say well done to the eight teams who have played some excellent football – a great effort from you all!
