Stannis Baratheon crowned Kings of Keynsham

Stannis Baratheon took Premier League silverware glory in the Keynsham 6-a-side League despite ending their season with defeat. It had been a two horse race for much of the latter weeks of the campaign as they battled The Army to top spot. The Army, arguably threw their winning chance away with a shock 2-1 loss to mid-table Every Day I’m Schneiderlin last month giving Stannis the advantage. In the knowledge the title was wrapped up last week, possibly having taken their foot of the gas, the Champions ended with a 2-0 loss to New Inn Wanderers.

The New Season of the Keynsham 6-a-Side League promises to be bigger and better with 3 New Teams already in place. We now just need 1 MORE TEAM in order to create a second division, with it the excitement of promotion/relegation and a Cup Competition for an additional chance of silverware.
